These Terms of Service govern your use of the CleanSweep website and the services we provide. By contacting us or booking a service, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
CleanSweep provides residential garage cleaning, haul and removal, organization, and lawn care services in the East Valley, Arizona. All services are performed by our team and are subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline any service request at our discretion.
All appointments are scheduled directly by phone or email. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. We reserve the right to reschedule in the event of circumstances outside our control such as extreme weather conditions.
All pricing is provided as a quote prior to service and agreed upon by both parties before work begins. We accept cash, Venmo, Zelle, CashApp, and card. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in advance. Quoted prices are based on the scope of work discussed and may be adjusted if the actual scope differs significantly from what was described.
We take pride in our work and will make every reasonable effort to ensure you are happy with the result. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please notify us before we leave the property and we will address it. Concerns raised after we have left the property will be handled on a case by case basis at our discretion.
You are responsible for ensuring we have safe and reasonable access to the work area. Please remove or secure any valuables, fragile items, or pets prior to our arrival. CleanSweep is not responsible for damage to items left in or around the work area that were not disclosed prior to service.
You are responsible for identifying and confirming all items to be removed or disposed of prior to the start of service. CleanSweep is not liable for the disposal of items that were not intended for removal. Hazardous materials including chemicals, paint, batteries, and electronics may require special handling and additional fees.
CleanSweep's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
